This estate is a freehold estate situated close to the N3 freeway on the Curry’s Post road (P165). It is about 10kms from Nottingham road and on the Midlands Meander.

It is part of a wildlife estate, the estate is electrically fenced, there is manned security at the entrance, and the game have access to the whole estate. It has magnificent views towards the Berg and the surrounding countryside. There are three dams that can be used for fishing or picnicking.
