The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom is found upstairs in a loft with a unique area for a roof garden. A building serving as an office is situated to the side with a walk-in cold room. Each cottage has its own pressure pump for water from the borehole. There is a second borehole that is used for watering the garden.

A pool and outside jacuzzi are situated close to an entertainment are consisting of a thatched roof, inside bar with bar stools. Undercover we a gas braai and outside braai.
