Wakefields Estate Agents are delighted to announce the triumphant conclusion of the Mega Agent R100 000 Competition, a thrilling contest that engaged the talented property practitioners across all Wakefields branches. The competition witnessed fierce rivalries, elevated stakes, and the outcomes are nothing short of spectacular.

Agents from various branches engaged in head-to-head competition, showcasing their expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence. The competition was structured around a set of qualifying criteria, namely execution of show days; signing of sole mandates; property sales and exceeding the expectations of our buyers and sellers the #WakefieldsWay.

It is with great pride that Wakefields recognises and rewards our top performers who displayed exceptional skills and commitment throughout the competition  by granting cash prizes to these high achievers:

 

Small Branch Category:

1st Place: Deleen Ogle (Beach)

2nd Place: Mandy Pannell (Le Domaine)

 

Medium Branch Category:

1st Place: Sonja Bojnec-Vosloo (Amanzimtoti)

2nd Place: Nisha Singh (Chatsworth)

 

Large Branch Category:

1st Place: Naz Osman (Westville)

2nd Place: Tyron Smith (Kloof)

3rd Place: Layne Nickson (Kloof)

The highlight of the competition was the announcement of the overall winner and top points scorer who earned the grand prize-an opulent, all-expenses-paid trip for two to captivating Cape Town:

This prestigious reward is a testament to the unwavering dedication and outstanding performance that set her apart from their peers.

 

In the spirit of spreading joy, the Mega Agent R100 000 Competition also featured a lucky draw. Three fortunate agents were randomly selected from the pool of competition qualifiers, each winning an indulgent weekend getaway to the enchanting Champagne Sports:
