You coached her well, and the comfort that you instilled in her was wonderful to watch, and you made her believe right then that she was in her new home. The professionalism that you displayed in following through on your word that you would have the offer formalised immediately, was evidenced by the fact that, despite it being after hours, you had your management team assist you in crossing the T's and dotting the I's , and returned with the signed offer - an offer that was very close to asking price, and easy for us to accept. Over the days and weeks that followed, your follow-up calls to keep us informed of the progress of the sale to transfer were very welcome, and signs of a true professional, and a salesperson who cares for her clients. Your presence at the handover was also a bonus, as it meant that we could leave knowing that all was well, and that we had not forgotten anything for the new owner.
