We would like to thank Jubie for her commitment to our sale. Her efficiency, dedication, and friendliness made the entire process smooth and stress free. She was always approachable and supportive, which gave us great confidence throughout. We will definitely recommend her services whenever the opportunity arises.

Good day. I felt the need to share this with you. During the week of 6 October 2025, I made an enquiry about a rental property. From the get-go I experienced the best service from Jubie! I visited the office in that week & she made me & my son (18 months) feel at home from the moment we got there. She gave all the information thoroughly. Her service was excellent! When she took me for a viewing, she shared her thoughts & we agreed on it. Not once I felt rushed or had unanswered questions. She even answered after hours on more questions I had. Unfortunately, the rental property was not to our needs but I 100% would recommend anyone to her again. This is purely an appreciation post to her kindness! Thank you for making me feel at home! This was the best service I received from all the agencies in Pietermaritzburg! Thank you for making my relocation a breeze although we are not renting through this company (which I would have loved to) I thought about sharing this with you! Good Job & well done Jubie!

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you Jubie for all your hard work, dedication, tolerance and determination throughout this process. Your commitment to ensuring that everything is taken care of and your willingness to go an extra mile is truly appreciated. From the smallest detail to the bigger challenges, you are handling everything with such professionalism and care. It’s rare to find someone who takes such ownership of their work and puts in so much effort to make sure things are done right. Thank you once again for your outstanding support. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done so far.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude to Jubie Zwane for the outstanding assistance she provided during my apartment search, relocation to PMB and 2 lease renewals. My first interaction with Jubie was on the 11th of December 2023 while I was still in Cape Town and looking for a place to stay in PMB. From our very first interaction, Jubie demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, respect, and dedication. Relocating to a new city can be quite overwhelming, but Jubie made the process remarkably smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the personalized support I received in identifying suitable listings based on my preferences, and her consistent communication throughout the search, as well as her availability during public holidays and weekends. I initially signed a six-month lease agreement; however, I really liked the apartment I chose so I decided to stay in it for the entire duration of my 2-year internship in PMB. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Jubie for her excellent support and guidance throughout my lease renewal processes in May 2024 and May 2025. Her attention to detail, prompt responses, and warm approach made a world of difference; I would gladly recommend her services to anyone looking for accommodation or relocation support in the future.

We wanted to truly thank you for everything. You really outdid yourself and often went beyond your duties to make sure we were all okay throughout the process. You were patient, supportive, and incredibly thorough in how you guided us. Thank you so much Jubie.
