The rapid sale was assisted by the fact that over many years she has built up a large client base. Understandably, clients who have once used her services don’t want to use any other agent and come back to her even years later. Once the sale contract was signed, and even after transfer of registration was complete, Trish continued to go the extra mile, making trips to assist both parties personally with a number of post-sale issues that arose.
