A few things that stood out for us: She was persistent and yet gentle in following up on the status of the home very early in our engagements. She was adamant on getting us the best deal for our home. Very understanding and patient and even supported us when we needed her to go to the property to help facilitate things we needed to do. Unlike most agents who drop off communication after the sale, she continued to reach out and help speed up the transfer with the attorneys. Overall, she has a friendly manner and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Selling a property especially this one which has all our childhood memories is an emotional one and having Roslyn was the best agent.
