While the recent interest rate hike is understandably disappointing, it’s important to keep perspective. The property market has shown remarkable resilience, and encouragingly, we are still experiencing positive sentiment across many of our key areas.

Showdays are seeing renewed energy, with Sunday viewings proving as popular as ever. A clear sign that serious buyers remain engaged and motivated.
