Hi , We are very hopeful that the interest rate hiking cycle is nearing its peak. The Rand rebounding a little in the last month plus a good reduction in the inflation numbers in June might augur well for some better news on the interest rate front come the latter part of the year.
In this month's newsletter we have an article on the many pluses of Freehold property which continues to be the prominent property type we sell in KZN.
