Hi , I hope this message finds you well and thriving amidsts the challenges we are currently facing.
The economic landscape is ever-evolving, and it is essential for us to adapt and plan accordingly. With the recently announced interest rate increase of 50bps, we understand that this places a further strain on disposal income and monthly budgets, espcecially for those South Africans with debt and home loans. While this is not welcomed news for many, consensus seems to be that we are nearing the top of the interest rate increase cycle. Even though the stance of the Reserve Bank seems overly cautious, we believe that the short-term pain, is for medium- and long-term gain. As a responsible real estate agency, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide you with further guidance and support as necessary.
We understand that consistent power supply is crucial for both residential and commercial activities. Unfortunately, we have recently witnessed adjustments to the loadshedding schedule in the eThekwini area. As your trusted real estate partner, we are committed to minimizing disruptions in our service and doing our utmost to navigate any challenges arising from the revised loadshedding schedule.
